Fondation de Climatisation Fortier et Frères by Roger Fortier

Roger Fortier found that he was poorly served in terms of building mechanics and founded TROLEC Inc, a manufacturer of shutters, shutters and ventilation sheds.

Climatisation Frères Fortier was often approached for the development of custom wine cellars in the 70s. And, afterwards, condos gained popularity, which gave the visionary the opportunity to create apartment cellars and thus CAVAVIN is founded

Nathalie Fortier completes management studies and joins the business group

Nathalie Fortier is appointed President of CAVAVIN

CAVAVIN completes its product offering with a range of economical cellars designed in Canada and manufactured in Asia

Sale of the Quatrères Buildings but keeps the building where CAVAVIN and TROLEC are located which is named Gestion Famille Fortier

Construction of a new building for TROLEC

Major renovations of the building where CAVAVIN and other tenants are located

2016

CAVAVIN renews its collections of better quality cellars and engages with new partners

2019

CAVAVIN finds two distributors to achieve better market penetration, and moves to the building located at 4700 Thibault, to bring together the company group ( TROLEC, Gestion Famille Fortier and CAVAVIN )

2021

CAVAVIN is moving back to the initial building at 2900 Boul Losch local 203 with a new showroom by appointment.
